Hi,

I found Alex and Jannie in the 1930 census but I could not find Alex in any earlier census records.

Note that the census taker spelled his name Throw

I was shocked to not be able to find Alex in either the 1900, 1910 or the 1920 cenus records. That was astonishing to me. Anyways I believe this is him in this WWI record and this Social security record>>>

It also states that he was born near Parler SC. His occupation is Farming and he is employed by a M. H. Thompson at the F. H. S???? Plantation near Parler SC. He is married with a wife and 1 child age 2.
