I never had a problem with funeral homes until last week when a certain individual went behind my back and ask the funeral home not to give me any information concerning my grandaunt. I am still reeling about this but I have since learn that funeral homes are privately owned and at their discretion you may or may not get the information. I was very lucky to get the information on my husband's grandfather.
