I'm looking for records from Phillips County Arkansas. The names are Merdie Oliver (Her name was Mattie but she's listed as Merdie) who died 1/15/1932, John and Julia Thomas who died Feb 1929. I have emailed the state vital records several times but have never gotten a response. Thanks for any suggestions.
