I have always been treated nicely and given help, even when the funeral home could not answer my question directly. I always send a letter explaining who I am & what I'm looking for.

By the way, for folks from Albemarle County, VA (Charlotesville), the J.F.Bell Funeral Home Database is a MUST. I have solved many a brickwall using that site.
