What happened to the 1890 census? If they were destroyed are there any other types of reports that could fill in the gap?

Im planning on taking a trip to see my Grandmother. She is 93 and still lives in WIlliamston. Its amazing that all the information she gave me proved so accurate despite her battle with Alzheimer. Im happy that I thought enough to ask her 2 years ago when I did. Im also very happy to have found this web site.

The only other Q I have for now regards my mother Fannie P. Bell. She was born May 25 1939 to Tenner and Eli Bell yet in your research she never appears. The siblings are: James E., John B. , Fannie P., Gloria J., William H., Hazel Louise. I believe there was a daughter that was born but died at a young age. Please let me know what you are able to find. Thanks again
