I listed all of the records I found in the index. I wasn't sure if the children listed were Eli and Tenner's. I simply included anyone I thought might be their child. So, yes, Eli and Elijah could be different men.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find either Henry Little or Fannie Rogers/Rodgers in the 1870 Census. They must be there somewhere, but I couldn't find them. By the way, the name Westen Martin was a typo. It was Westen Little NOT Martin. There should be a marriage record for Henry and Fannie in Martin County. They would have been married (according to the census) ca. 1889/90. Their marriage certificate may contain the names of her parents.

Since Eli was born in 1882, and the 1890 Census no longer exists, the 1900 Census is the first census he would have been recorded in.
