I read a post here by Selma, where she mentioned that Nelson County was one of the Counties in which there exists a Freedmen's Bureau Cohabitation List. I am looking for any record of my ggg grandparents John and Minvera Nappier. They also had six children, Lucy, Philip, Joseph, Walter, Thomas and Rachel. I know that Rachel married Walter Carter (they are my gg grandparents). All of these people resided in Nelson County. Please Advise, thanks Pamela
