First of all I have been trying to find the SSDI on Felicia Belser who died on May 11, 1971. She was born as Felicia Louise Keziah House on August 6, 1899 or 1900; she married Jerome Belser May 1926 in Asheville, N.C.. She was born in Asheville, N.C. as well.
