there are a branch of the Rue's mostly living in Colorado and California right now and there is a family reunion this year in san barbra..now I have no idea if you are related to us but grandfather Alfred, brothers George, George Fred Walter were Born in Bradus Montanna. and One of our earlier relitives was Samual Huntington who signed the decloration of Indapendence...
ther ewas a minerva bowers rue who came from Lodi Wisconson.
There is also a Laura Scofileld but no idea where she came from all we know is out east somewhere..so u could be a relative cause i'm sure we got out west somehow and it was by homesteading but not sure as to from where as its not mentioned in any of the info I got..
