Several weeks ago someone asked and someone answered a question about obtaining death certificates in the national city. I followed up with that information and found the death cert for Costley in D.C.. At this point I am wondering if the Washington Post would have the obituary (1993) or is/was there a newspaper in Washington which specifically covers the activities and events of colored people?
