Asking for help on finding my grandfather in 1900.
I found him in 1910 living with aunt Ida Stone in
Fayetteville, tennessee on Mulberry and Kelso road.
His name was Harvey King born aroung 1889 or 1891.
I cannot find him in 1900 in the Smithland and Kelso
area. In 1920 he was using the last name of Kelso, I
am trying to locate his parent name. I have his death
certified which said his father was George Kelso and
mother was Mary Kelso. Does the Archives in D.C. have
a copy of the original census.
