It appears from WV Death Certificate #10629 that Tinzer Cunningham, born Lincoln, Ala, & Lena Bell Ouenter, b. Lincoln, Ala had a female child named Thelia Katinia Cunningham on 2/27/1948 in Wilcoe, WV. The child died on 6/15/1948 in McDowell County,WV

I see alot of Cunningham researchers but none for Lincoln but thought I'd post this anyway.
