I looked at the Lucious BROWN that was born in Georgia, and, am doubting that he is one in the same as your Lucious BROWN. I could be wrong, but, the one born in Georgia can be found in 1910 and 1900 in the same area. In 1900 he is listed with adoptive parents.

I looked at your Lucious in 1900 and it looks like he is listed as son to the head of house rather than grandson, or is that my tired eyes playing cruel and unusual tricks on me (which I wouldn't doubt!--LOL).
