James T and Josephine Williams

I’ve hit a brick wall and I don’t know what to do next. I've tried everything.

I requested a death certificate over 5 weeks ago for my grandmother I know she was buried in Oxford NC the funeral home has since gone out of business, I have yet to hear anything back on my request for a copy of the death certificate.

I’m trying to find information on my grandmother and grandfather.

I’ve found them once with my aunt on the 1930 census report for Bacon, Charlotte VA But not on anything else.

I"ve checked both NC, SC,and VA.
James Theodore Williams b 1899 South Carolina,
Josephine Young -Williams b 1912 in Virginia.
Zelma Williams b1928 in Virginia

at that time they live in Bacon, Charlotte VA. This is all the information I've been able to find on them.

Can anyone tell me if I’ve missed something is there another way to search for them? I’m using Ancestry.com
