It is oral tradition of Native American on the Bankston side of my family. I have traced early family to most states from PA to Fla. to the early 1800's for sure. I was told it was the Blackfoot tribe but this is a western tribe, I believe. ARE there sources that i might look. i could not find my surname listed when i Looked for Native surname , any suggestions?
