Was just curious - since there was no transatlantic slave trade with Ethiopia or other parts of the Horn, and little contact, until modern times. The term "Ethiopian" was used to refer to blacks - particularly in church, and during the Garvey period - many folks began to refer to themselves as Ethiopians. Many AA's have facial features which could be referred to as "Hamitic" - but they could be from other parts of the continent. Denise
