i am researching this family for a friend. in 1930 in garland, miller, arkansas i found her grandparents. manuel hawkins born 1882 and wife sallie born 1892. children viola, bernice, thelma, alex, manuel, jr., pagerine, thomas, katherine, velma. 1910 census list two children christina and viola with parents, manuel and sallie, living in the same county and township. unable to locate in 1920. also trying to locate manuel with his family prior to marriage.
