This is a wonderful reminder about this resource that is offered at Afrigeneas, and it is really a good place to check out. I have found several records providing me very important info about ancestors I've researched, enabling me to follow their trail from one slaveholder to another, using the Granville Abstracts that Ms. White has so gracefully made available here for our use. I urge others who are doing any kind of research for the Granville County area, North Carolina area to take a look at these abstracts, you might surprise yourself at what you may find.
