My Great-Great Grandfather name is McGowen Tolliver.
I am having a problem trying to fine a obituary, Birth
Certificate etc... My question is I found a will and
it mention a Mcgowen Tolliver but I not sure if it the
same one or not? How can you tell if it is or not?
