Hi Lorine,
If Hollis served in WW1 he would have been 12 years old. Are you sure he was born in 1906?
Try looking up his WWII draft registration on the NARA site.
There is a Frank Johnson in Madison Parish in 1910 - wife Lula but they are married for 6 months - no children.
