I don't know if you saw this link. But, I am interested in finding the parentage of Robert McKoy(McKay). In some Census records, I have seen Robert McKoy(McKay) listed as being Mulatto have you found that to be true? His estimated birth year is (1815). So, I am assuming his parents would have been born in the 1700s. I have not been able to find any information beyond this point.
