I don't see the family in 1920.

In 1910 census, Montgomery County listed in the home Patrick Washington (head) and his sister Francis(?) Franklin (divorced) is a Moses Westbrooks - and a Mary A Franklin age 17 and an Ann Westbrooks 23.

There is a Rachel age 2- who may be the same Rachel listed in 1930 as 20.

In 1900 Patrick Washington is listed as a barder in the home of a Maria Westbrook.

Moses westbrook is listed in the home of his brother James - along with brothers Peter, Walter and Ollie - and their mother Sallie.
