I was talking to one of my CHINN/CARTER relatives from Rappahannock.

She gave me the name of another family that was related to them, WITHERS.

Do you know of any WITHERS people in Loudoun County?

I always believed that the CHINN-CARTERS(Black) were from the Chinn plantation in Loudoun.

Now I'm wondering if my CLARK side may have been from Loudoun.

I know my g g grandmother CATHERINE THOMPSON CLARK was owned by the BROWNING family from Rappahannock.

But I've never been sure about the owner for my gg grandfather's side of the family.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
