Hi to all!

I recently received some information from the Cuyahoga County Probate Court in Cleveland, Ohio that shed further light on LEON SIMPSON and his family.

Leon was married to MATTIE MOSELEY in Cleveland, Ohio on June 8, 1927. Rev. ALONZO SMITH officiated at the wedding.

I also received a copy of the marriage license application of Leon and EMILIA MIRANDA, a young woman from Puerto Rico who Leon married on May 28, 1961 in Cleveland. This marriage was officiated by Rev. MAE HODGE, who was Leon's sister! This marriage information was a surprise to me.

Another surprising bit of information on the marriage license application was that between his marriages to Mattie and to Emilia, Leon had been married to LUCILLE HENDERSON in Cleveland! The 1961 marriage license application of Leon and Emilia stated that both Mattie and Lucille were both deceased.

The revelation of all of this information further proves that genealogy is never boring! :-)
