Searching for a daughter of Oscar and Edna Warrick whose daughter was named Frances. She was born around 1922 or 1923 in Kent County Maryland. I cannot find her anywhere on the 1930 Census. Her mother was the former Edna Harris. Frances had sisters named Mathilda, Lillian and Jane and maybe a brother. This family also used the name of Brinkley for what reason I do not know why.
