I don't think so, since they only have one copy of each, however, I will ask one of the librarians.

I do know that the collections at Texas A&M (Fayette county records) can be ordered BY YOUR LIBRARY for interlibrary loan. I think the same is true for the Fort Bend County records collection in Richmond.
