I am looking for the surname KENNEDY in Louisiana. East Carroll Parish and other parishes nearby. Patsey Gaillard, sister of my great grandmother married a Kennedy and had several children. Two of the children are Simon Kennedy and Mingo Kennedy Jr.

A WWI Draft Registration Card shows Simon Kennedy's next of kin as Patsey Johnson. Research shows Patsey married a second time to a Charles Johnson. I'm trying to find later information on Patsey which might lead me to more information on the rest of the Gaillard family and connect me with Kennedys and Johnsons.
