Google has fished up an old (1996) Afrigeneas query regarding John Thorne of Edisto from "Deborah" with the email address DMRobinson@aol.com. Alas, email to that address bounces, so if anyone knows Deborah, please let her know that I might be able to fill in some gaps, as John S. Thorne of Edisto Island is/was my wife's great-great-great-uncle, if I have the number of "greats" right.
