Im looking for more families of Coopers from Greenwood/ Abbeville SC.
My greatgggrandmother was named Ann Cooper born 1805. She lived with her grandson Edmond Jefferson(1845) and his family in the 1880 census
I found more African American Coopers in 1880 census also in Greenwood,SC: Jake (1835) and Kizzie (1843) Cooper with son Remma (1863).

Interestingly i also found some white Coopers in the same area. 1870 Census JW 1837, Mary 1841, Fannie 1863, Josie 1866 six more in the family.
