I haven't researched this carefully, but there is another Thomas family listed below at #62 on Perkins Rd, which also has a "Minnie". Could the two families be related, and could research on the 2nd family provide some answers or further leads to your target? Eg., a few clicks led me to the surnames Buyck and Crenshaw.
