I looked in the Southern Christian Advocate, where there was a request from a Harvay Norwood who lived in La. His request was for information on his cousin Maggie Oliver who parents were Louis and Martha Oliver. The Olivers are my relatives. Looking through the census of 1870 and 1880 I found that Harvay Norwood was a son of Matilda and in a later census he moved to LA where the request came from. In researching Maggie and her sister Lucy I found that their death certificates had their mother listed as Martha Johnson. On Family-Search.Org I found that Matilda was a Johnson and that she was married to a Kelsey Norwood. From this information I am guessing they are realted.
