>What name did you find them in on the 1910 census and where?
I found them using Charles’ middle name as a surname: Moïse which is Moses in French. They were in New Orleans. I have done a page by page search for them from Ward 1 to Ward 9 (1900 census, 1800 parts and am redoing 1870 now) and some of those wards several times. I have not been able to convince myself they are not there yet. And via my requests, I keep hoping that someone will see what I have not seen.
I would like to find out the relationship between Joseph Glapion and Charles Moïse Rochon and maybe that could help me too. To avoid spending time looking for all the Glapions in New Orleans (though I have already started…), I thought I would seek out someone who is researching that surname. I am open to suggestions.
