I have several SURNAMES and cities I am working on.

#1. WALKER - Augusta, GA. Oldest known persons in this line are John J. Walker Sr and Ella Maxwell circa @1830's

#2 TURNER - Edgefield/Aiken SC. Oldest known person in this line is Simon Turner circa @1821 Virginia and then SC

#3 DALTON - Norwood, GA. Oldest known person in this line is Columbus Dalton circa @1833. Birth location unkown. No other Dalton's found in the same County.

#4 STROZIER - Norwood, GA. Oldest known person in this line is Eliza Strozier, wife of Columbus Dalton. Birth location is unknown. No other African American's with the surname in the county. Found one caucasion family, however they don't seem to be a match.

#5 TONEY - Windsor, SC. Oldest person in this line is Charles Toney, b@1833, died@1900. Married to Amanda. Her Maiden surname was either Jones or Webb, I have seen documentation with her and both names.

#6 BELL - Augusta, GA. Oldest person in this line is Viola Bell, circa 1899. Married first to Robert James Watt and then to Willie D. Dalton.

#7 WATT - Augusta, GA. Oldest person in this line is Robert James Watt deceased prior to 1957.
