Hello to all!

After years of researching, I am hoping that I have made a breakthrough.

In the 1920 Dayton, Rhea Co., TN census, there were Will and Sarah Allen. Living with them was Lena Mayott, Sarah's sister. Sarah and Lena were both the sisters of my great-grandmother, Mariah Mayott Thompson Simpson, who was born about 1872.

I could not locate Will and Sarah Allen again until last weekend, when I came across a Willis and Sarah Allen in the 1930 Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., Kansas census. They were listed as both being from Tennessee. With them was a girl named Delores Crews,who was 10.

The 1940 Kansas City, Kansas census had Willis and Sarah Allen, too. With them were their daughter Delores Hyler, her husband Lloyd Hyler, and granddaughters Latora Lolita Hyler and Joan Evan Hyler.

I am trying to determine if Willis and Sarah Allen are the same people as Will and Sarah Allen who were in TN in 1920.

I have found a Lloyd C. Hyler Sr., 1914- 1948 and a Dolores E. Hyler, 1920-2000.

Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated.
