Roberta Knight was born in 1873 in Edgecombe County, NC. Her mother was Roberta Lawrence (cohabitation certificate with Andrew Knight), ironic that she would marry someone with her mother's maiden name. Sure there was a lot of teasing there... Her grandmother's name was Priscilla we can't confirm at this point if she was a Lawrence yet...

Roberta was the second to last daughter of her mother Roberta Lawrence Knight.
