I still haven't got to my papers, but I thought Brum was married to ceclia Martin and had a son named Tom. Gordon certainly is far more advanced in his research than I,but the relationship of my husband family is still a mystery to me in that there we many Martin families related and in the Martin family cemetery where I took pictures of head stones and have tried to related them is not yet completed. It seems they came from Stokes Co in 1870 and later moved into Winstom Salem, Rockingham Co and even further. I really am trying to find them before 1870 and no one has come up with where they came from before Stokes Co. The thing that I am most happy with is these Martins kept their family pictures and they are over 100 years old.
