Barnabus doesn't appear in the 1860 Census (at least I couldn't find him), so it is possible he could be your ancestor, but there is no way for me to confirm or rule out this possibility.

Unless he changed his name (or his middle name was Frank), I don't think he is your ancestor. Especially, now that I know Frank's marriage record was the source for his being born in Maryland.
I checked the Maryland Marriage Index at Ancestry.com and there is no record of a marriage between a Baxter or a Robertson (using any first name). There weren't any marriage for an Eleanor Baxter listed in the index. The same for Irvin Robinson/Robertson.
There was a marriage recorded for Sarah Perrigo and Nicholas Baxter.
Maryland Marriages, 1655-1850
They had a daughter named Elleander, but she died between 1804 and 1813. She never married.
