Now I will represent Pa. a Township outside of Philadelphia. As I was reading the post last night, you mentioned the ice cream man, I remember waiting for Mr. Softee, that was the best ice cream and I couldn't wait to see that truck, and get my cone. Years later I went back to Pa. after moving West, and one thing that stands out in my mind after sooooo many years. I was expecting my first child, due any day, and that Sun. here comes Mr. Softee, I got my cone, and early that Fri. Morning, my son was born. I also remember going to the movies, I think it was a nickle then, and on the way my cousins and I would stop in a little store and look at all the new things, fun things, had to try the gum, BlackJack, I believe it was. Imagine trying that now. : ), as we moved on down the road, we would stop at my Uncle's Barber Shop to chat with him and his brother, but really to beg for more movie money, as we spent part of our change on gum. Those were good memories for me.
