Dang, Robert! How the heck would I know that? My only indication is the participation, en masse, of these ethnic groups in 'their' parades and the in-your-face way they treat people of color like me - we are distinctly NOT welcome, thank you, except for the contribution we make to the finances by buying the food, etc.
