Richard, Democrat was the party I selected when I first registered to vote. I was required to choose a political affiliation, but nothing in what I swore to required me to not think for myself.

Again, you want to reargue the cases where the Supreme Court showed racism in their rulings [e.g., the Dred Scott decision]. Again, I must repeat that that type of decision is what results when you have a court that EMPATHIZES with one of their own. That is just the argument I would make if asked why I do not like the manner in which President Obama is willing to conduct business. He himself is a constitutional scholar, so his stance just shows me the almost total disregard he has for the law of the land.
