That is my problem. I do not have any information on Shep to request a death Certificate. You have to give Vital records some dates and places. I have none. All that I have is on his brother Will Witherspoon which is limited. Shep was a clue for me while searhing the census for the right Will Witherspoon in hopes to find him at home with his brothers and sister so I would know that I have the right family. Trust me, I have done just about everything, but without detail information on them, I am facing a BRICK WALL.
