James, great timing on your success story.

While I have made...and still making significant discoveries in my personal research, finding AfriGeneas is for me, a true success story. The AfriGeneas experience is all about learning and sharing, in my mind an unbeatable combination.

On a personal note...being an early member, #3, of the African American Genealogy Group of the Miami Valley, (AAGGMV) is one of my top stories. AAGGMV has allowed genealogists, primarily AA, from a nine county area in the Miami Valley of Ohio to come together in research, networking and fellowship. We now have a nationwide membership, as attested to by James with approximately 150 researchers on our rolls. From humble beginnings on a hot summer day in 1999 to where we are today.....who woulda thunk it .... James, welcome and thanks for joining our group.

AfriGeneas has been a great research source, sounding board, meeting place and much, much more in the success of our personal and collective efforts. THANK YOU AFRIGENEAS!!!!
