It is with great sadness we report the passing of Judge Robert M. Duncan of Columbus, Ohio. Judge Duncan, "Bobby", was an inspiration to many. We express our deepest and most sincere condolences to his wife of 56 years, Shirley A. (Thomas) Duncan and the extended Duncan family.
