I am not familiar with this index and its contents and am wondering if anyone has access to it. I am researching the name of Everett Newton Kelsey of my Kelsey line and he seems to have a mention in that tome. If anyone can perform a lookup for me, I would appreciate it. His vitals are:

Died: Sep 1968

I have no information to fill in the period between the 1940 census when he was 2 years old and his death in 1968 at age 30. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
