I'm linking some information to this because this seems to be the newest and biggest thing for our ancestors in the 1930s that may help in research for 1940 and forward.

I have quite a few relatives who were apart of this agency and listed as such in the 1940 census. Thought it was something interesting and so wanted to post it to aware people of it.
