I'm patiently waiting for the Texas index. It's been listed as 100% for a while now. I think that my folks started moving around in the late 30s because the 1930 Census enumeration district was not helpful in finding them in 1940.

I'm waiting for Tennessee, too. My plan for Tennessee was simple - find my dad and his people. I never did find my Dad and his siblings in the 1930 Census. Only one showed up in the Ancestry's 1940 Census for Tennessee. I'm trying to be hopeful that the family will be found in the familysearch index. I had so hoped this would be easier. It looks like nothing about my father's life was easy.
