A few years back, the San Francisco (Main) Library didn't have Ancestry.com. When I made a request, I found out that I was one of a multitude to ask that they include this as a service.

They followed through. I hope they keep it despite the tough economic times. It is a valuable resource that I wish every library had for the patrons.
