Hi Everyone:

I am having computer issues, so pardon my quick post. The brevity does not match all that I really want to share.

It was soooooo great to meet everyone (!) and I am looking forward to meeting even more of you, my Afrigeneas fam, at the next one. (Hey, Sonia--I was one of those SC researchers who kept running into you in the aisles!).

Let see, a few happenings...

--Art, BJ, Angela, Selma, Irita, Tim, Jari, Shelley, Sonia, Dru, David P., Char, Deannie, Sharon/Seraph (my roommate who I finally met after about 10 years of online chatting), EVERYONE, so great to finally meet you!

--The Fort Wayne library is a dream. Sure wish I could have spent more time there--that stack of SC Genealogical and Historical Magazines, for example, is still calling me, but I'll be back.

--One of my cousins was travelling with one of the Chi-town groups, so I had a chance to see her again after so many years.

--I met a new cousin! We've already had dinner together and are continuing to talk, connect, explore.
