You cite some names in my family tree: Yarrell, Pringle, and Lofton. My maiden name is Ramsey and my mother and father are from Lauderdale Country MS. My father is Alfred (Alphonso) Ramsey and his father is William (Boss) Ramsey. Boss was married to Delia McPherson Ramsey. Delia had a daughter from a previous marriage named Tommie Lee Hinson. Boss's parents were Jacob and Leanna Ramsey. I know little about Jacob and Leanna although they were some of the founders of Little Hope Baptist church in Toomsuba MS. My mother is Catherine (Earlene) Horne Ramsey. Her parents were Ransom and Florence Roshell Horne. Ranson had several siblings: John Halsell, Lucy Holsey, George Holsey. There mother was Carolina Halsell, per Ransom's death certificate. Florence Roshell' parents are Martin and Rose Grayson Roshell from Sumter County, Alabama.
