I know there are many Jessup's all over the east coast of the United States, but I've had a hunch for while now and I was thinking you might have an answer. My name is Brandon M. Jessup, son of Joseph R. Jessup who was son of Romie Jessup who I think was from Greensboro, NC. My grandmother's maiden name was Moore, or maybe Moorer and she was from NC as well. I am from Charleston, SC and I always heard my dad talk about his family vacations up to North Carolina so I figure there has to be alot of Jessup's up there.

I'm not sure, but I think it's neat and also important to connect things like that in life.
